| The Hong Kong Model Flying Assoication (香港模型飛行總會)was established under the Companies Ordinance, Chapter 32, as a non-profit making organization for the objectives: |
● |
To foster and promote the activities and sports of model flying in Hong Kong; |
● |
To develop, build and preserve standard model flying sites in Hong Kong; |
● |
To promote physical and moral qualities, technical knowledge and skill as basic to model flying activities and sports; |
● |
To educate young people through sports of model flying in the spirit of mutual understanding and friendship; |
● |
To provide channels for the communication and exchange of experience with other elements of model flying at community level with a view to enhancing the standard of model flying in Hong Kong; |
● |
To co-ordinate its Members' separate efforts to further model flying throughout Hong Kong; |
● |
To organise territory-wide and national competitions and events of model flying in Hong Kong; |
● |
To promote a positive public image for model flying; |
● |
To make suggestions and proposals to relevant authorities in respect of matters on model flying with the aims to develop and protect the interests of the activities and sports of model flying in Hong Kong; |
● |
To support, assist and co-operate with its Members to achieve any charitable objects as the Assoication may think fit; and |
● |
To carry out any other activities incidental to the objects of the Association. |
